I drove a friend to the Tuscon airport the other day, As usual, I took a strange route home, as I wanted to see new streets and neighborhoods.

 

One of my turns sent me by this scene. I have no idea of the chair's role. Maybe it's a waiting area for whatever business is behind the barbed wire. Then again, if it's up for grabs, maybe I should go back and bring it home to my wife. I'm sure she'd love it.
