Flower Garden Wooden Shoe

Dutch wooden shoe. I used stained glass for the green on top and vitreous tiles for the bottom. All the little flowers I made and have been trying to figure a way to use them in one piece to be like a garden. They stick out at different levels. I can see from this photo I need to do some more cleaning on the piece
