Tacky string art in bathroom. Love string art. The walls: Well ...... had thick, yellowish wallpaper which was peeling off from decades exposure to steam. Under yellow wallpaper, bubbling Pepto pink laytex paint. Under pink paint, 1930's era wallpaper. Under wallpaper: dirty teal. Thing is, I knew it was risky peeling off the yellow wallpaper – just like that short shory - but couldn't resist picking at it. It left behind a nasty yellow crust of ancient paste. Not sure what color we're going to paint the bathroom. We kind of like this color here.
