Clipper Butterfly (Yellow-Brown)

Clippers in the yellow-brown form.

Ranging across Asia-Pacific there are some 30 sub-species; they are basically blue in Malaysia, blue-green in the Indian sub-continent, brownish in Indonesia/Philippines and yellowish in northern Australia.

Seen in Edinburgh Butterfly and Insect world.
