BIVG 2022

Within our group, we have a diverse range of interests. Our regular attendees primarily focus on diptera
(flies), coleoptera (beetles) and hymenoptera (bees, wasps, ants and sawflies) with one or two pan-species
recorders filling in the taxonomic gaps. To date 23 of us have added 1090 records to the national database
which included 702 species. These numbers will grow as further specimens are identified in the coming
months.
