“The Life & Songs of Emmylou Harris: An All-Star Concert Celebration” will constitute a circling of the Americana music wagons at DAR Constitution Hall in the nation’s capital. Many of the most respected singers and songwriters of the last 50 years will gather to fete Harris, whose boundary-blind aesthetic has been a guiding light of musical exploration and artistic integrity throughout her 40-year recording career.
