At this time, the last trolley bus had run in Bradford only 13 years before in 1972.
The leaflet outlines that Stage 1 would run to Moortown and Roundhay in north Leeds, and down towards Middleton in the south of the City.
Stage 2 would run on "the busy services to Buttershaw", with Stage 3 being the step to link Bradford and Leeds together.
