James Sode, June 10, 2017
Today I attended a workshop with Ray Bidegain in Portland at Newspace Photography. There were 9 of us attending today. We worked in a studio environment with electronic strobes in order to make sharp, precise images on what is a VERY slow material (about 0.5 ASA!).
We photographed one another several times to hone our plate making skills, and I teamed up with James Sode as my model. (Thanks James! You were very easy to work with)
This was my very first plate, which I consider reasonably successful for a first attempt!
