« Ce 21 décembre 3218, un premier groupe d’humains dont les ancêtres ont fuit une Terre devenue inhabitable - cette triste période l’histoire connue sous le nom de Grande Migration - se pose sur ces terres désolées et méconnaissables de l’hémisphère nord. Leur mission : chercher des réponses aux interrogations suivantes : l’évolution de la Terre est-elle irréversible? La vie pourra t-elle un jour y prospérer de nouveau? À quelles conditions?
Alors que les premiers indices donnent peu d’espoir aux explorateurs, un membre de l’expédition - une femme mieux connue pour ses talents de poète - fait une découverte inattendue qui pourrait, encore une fois, changer la trajectoire de l’espèce humaine. »

Note : Je veux bien illustrer ce synopsis de film de science fiction, mais je suis de ceux qui gardent l’espoir que la Mission Terre n’aura jamais lieu. Il nous appartient de faire en sorte que la brève histoire du futur évoqué par cette image restera à jamais enfermée dans l’univers de la science-fiction!

"This December 21, 3218, a first group of humans whose ancestors fled the land that had become uninhabitable - this sad period, know in history as the Great Migration - lands on these desolate and unrecognizable lands of the northern hemisphere. Their mission: to seek answers to the following questions: is the evolution of the Earth irreversible? Can life ever prosper again? Under what conditions?
While early clues give little hope to explorers, a member of the expedition - a woman best known for her poetry - made an unexpected discovery that could, once again, change the trajectory of the human race. "

Note: I want to illustrate this synopsis of sci-fi film, but I am among those who hope that the Mission Earth will never take place. It is up to us to ensure that the brief history of the future evoked by this image will forever be locked in the world of science fiction!
