My husband, the village head, is on his way to do some farming on our land. The small reservoir, which we built ourselves, is to collect rainwater and irrigate our taro crop (Chinese medicine). We use a rubber pipe to water the crops – sucking the water through to start the flow. The small reservoir makes farming easier, however not every household has enough farmland to build one.
