At first I thought this shot was a failure. I had used a GND filter on a Cokin filter holder. At 10mm the lens actually captures the holder it self and it also creates alot of vignetting. But after looking at it in my PC I realized that if I cropped out the filter holder the vignetting was helping this image by focusing the viewer towards the building and the reflection.
27th February 2008: Vuhuuu.... just won a DIGIFOTO Pro award for this image and a SanDisk Extreme III memory card:
This is the first time I win prices worth money for my digital photographs. They even published it in their photography magazine.
19th October 2008: Another Voooohoooo... made it to the final of World In Focus Contest. And guess what, I won one the meritan prices, the image got displayed in a New York gallery and it will be published in National Geographic Traveler Magazine!
