Basement Repair - Before Photos 03.27.12
This is the scariest part of it all - our entire house has shifted 6 inches off the foundation footer. (It's showing 3 here because we couldn't get the tape measure past the black tar.) All because Monkey Family installed a 3 foot thick concrete porch around the house and NEVER repaired the damage. Rather, they just finished a wet basement and covered it with drywall, recessed lighting and carpet. Unbelievable.
