This is a pygmy albino Reticulated python (Python Molurus Bivittatus (thanks for the positive ID, charmcityreptile.) This snake was very accustomed to riding her girl, and seemed to be having a great time!
It takes about 8 pounds of pressure applied directly to the blood vessels in the neck to cause unconsciousness. Even a small snake can produce this amount of force, especially constrictors: it's their job!
