Smokey notes with pleasure that the project from the last two days is nearing completion. He's pleased with the reduced fire load, but points out that several of my small appliances are about 50 years old and really should be retired.

 

I ask him to buy me new ones, and he points out that while he does have pockets, he doesn't have money. So what else is new?
