Close up of engine and gears

Through working out the gear ratio, speed of the engine and circumference of the driving wheels, this car can go at 24mph actual speed! It's not as fast as most nitro cars, which are in the 50-60mph range, but for building it myself i think it's pretty good :)

 

btw 24mph is very fast for this size of car. even with half the throttle open it's like a jet!
