Sidewalk Closed

08-04-16 Portland, ME. Portland Police closed off parts of the sidewalk near Merrill Auditorium which hampered resident's travel as seen in this photo. Due to the way the sidewalks were blocked off, many people walked in traffic in order not cross the street where there was no crosswalk and plenty of attentive officers.
