Here I am in London, sitting in “The Generator” Pub, drinking my first pint of Ale and watching European MTV. Uncle Cracker is the current video on the tele. This actually the first time I’ve watched videos in months. These “uncle cracker” boys look like the Bare Naked Ladies; clean cut, peaceful, slightly chubby. What happened to the old Rock Star look? You know: teased hair, skin tight pants, frilly shirt, a body emaciated by constant drug abuse. Today’s Rock stars are average Americans; well fed boys who look like they shop at The Gap. Why do I keep going on like this? Because I sat near a dying rock star on the plane and I’m hear to tell you glam rockers are now flying stuck flying Business Class
