Cricket the Caracal
Cricket is a relatively new addition to the Oregon Zoo. According to a zoo staff member he used to be an ambassador to guests at his old home in South Africa, and I can entirely believe it -- while I was visiting with him he spent the entire time rubbing up against the fence and chirping at me.
I didn't have much time to spend at the zoo today so I didn't bring my big camera, however, next time I will definitely have it -- Cricket deserves some better portraits.
