Ingredients for Hard Apple Cider:

 

3 Gallons of Apple Cider (from N. GA Mountains)

2 Gallons of Pasteurized Apple Juice

1 lb of Light Brown Sugar

1 lb of Clover Honey

1 Tbs of Allspice (freshly ground)

1 pkg of Champagne Yeast
