Ama Dablam (6,812 m)

As seen from the summit of Taboche Towers (5,200 m).

I think Ama Dablam is the best-looking mountain in the world despite being overshadowed by its more-famous and taller neighbors Everest, Lhotse, and Nuptse (all three just out of frame to the left).

Fun fact: a rope team of 3 summited Ama Dablam this day but they were already off the summit by the time this shot was taken. I've got closeup shots of them working their way down the serac; don't worry.

Many, many more images from Nepal to come; stay tuned. This one should give you an idea of the ideal weather conditions we experienced the entire trip (this weather is why October and November are the peak trekking season in Nepal).
