Why I don't go to Church

I found this book in a local charity shop. I'm fascinated with anything like this. It's especially exciting as I'm an atheist and was in need of some solid excuses for not going to Church - why did I never think of "I'm waiting for a phonecall" or "A friend is coming to see me!"?
