Naomi
This head has been here since April 25, 2017 (over a month), and I've finally finished her faceup yesterday.
Her eyes are a pair of 14mm (small iris) that I made recently. Pro: They fit in her eye-wells perfectly! Con: Not sure about the smaller iris for her... She looks like she's spacing out a bit - looking into the distance. Could be I need to play with the eye placement some more.
I am waiting for a cute grey/pink wig for her in size 7-8 (because Oasisdoll heads are teeny!). The wig she's wearing is from Lullaby Poem, I believe - bought on DoA MP. Seems to have a smallish cap, but does stretch. So, with a couple of extra rubber bands around her crown, it fits for now.
But oh... The dome of the top of her head is kinda high? As I focused my camera on her, her head kept looking like it had a beehive hairdo... *facepalm* Looks ok, now that I see the photos full size though. :/
And, I am also waiting for a pair of MehiArt (CandyWorld) eyes in 14mm, that I made a custom request for. We'll see how they fit. If they don't work for her, I'll try them on my Pipos Robin cutie instead.
Btw, she is borrowing Lucy's (Volks Rinon) Guu Doll 57cm girl body, and it seems to be a near perfect match for her resin. The body is very slightly darker, I'd say.
I like the idea of calling her "Nari". Otherwise, I have not story for her, and no character in mind. I basically got a little obsessed with the sculpt maybe 3-4 months ago, and ended up buying her, when really, I should have bought more clothing items for my existing dolls. She was much reduced, because a previous owner had sanded her face (lower lip and chin) slightly. She still has some very faint little scratch marks, unfortunately. However they are extremely faint, and one needs a magnifying glass to find them easily.
I have not idea what drew me to this sculpt though... I've seen it before, and did not have any kind of attraction to it. I think that she reminds me of someone, but for the life of me, I still cannot figure out whom - even after months of looking at the sculpt. Weird brain...
