Mocha Chocolate Crinkles

Fresh from the oven this afternoon. Soft and velvety in texture, with a light crumbly exterior, soft and cakey interior, and a dark, rich chocolate flavor with a dusting of powdered sugar. Just the right amount of sweet to counter the dark cocoa and coffee. Simply scrumptious.

 

Homemade from scratch by my fiancé, who is a culinary arts student and pastry chef in the making.
