PACIFIC OCEAN (June 19, 2018) An F/A-18C Hornet assigned to Marine Fighter Attack Squadron (VMFA) 323 of Carrier Air Wing (CVW) 11 makes an arrested landing on the flight deck of the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74). VFMA-323 is conducting carrier qualifications aboard John C. Stennis. John C. Stennis is underway preparing for its next scheduled deployment.
