Lamy Railroad Tracks
I have photographed this view a couple of times before, but never as a panorama.
The vastness of New Mexico is something that intrigues me but that I'm struggling to depict.
This image was shot with a tilt-shift adapter. I didn't apply any tilt, there was no need for that, but being able to compose a shot and just move the lens from left to right to obtain a panoramic view is a treat.
I use my APSC camera and a vintage Leica 35mm lens for these panoramas . Because these lenses project their larger, designed for full frame, image circle onto the smaller APSC sensor, I get a wider shift than on a full frame sensor.
