Spag bol
Homemade spag bol made with lots of veggies as the mrs worries about me getting my five a day! Seasoned with black pepper from my friend Manoj's farm in Kerala. He gave everyone in the office a big bag of pepper corns which google tells me are priced at £60 a kilo which was very nice of him! Image uploaded for today's Macro Mondays "Pasta" theme, HMM!
