Cracks of Discomfort
Walking on clear ice, at night, with a flashlight is more terrifying than looking over the edge of a cliff for me. (and my fear of heights is pretty strong)
Even here, where I could see that it was quite shallow, still scared me when I turned the light off and heard the groaning and cracking of the ice during the quite of night.
I've gone further out at night, and some of the louder pops and cracks instantly rendered my legs useless, aside from just barley holding my own weightt. I only froze for 10-20 seconds, but this happened a few times before I couldn't handle the stress any more and wrapped the light painting session up early.
Always be super careful on ice! It's dangerous in a lot of ways.
I made this one from 182 photos, plus the shot of myself and maybe a few for lighting the ice.
