Gemäldegalerie - Berlin

If you make it past the grumpy security guy, and provided you look up, the entrance to The Gemäldegalerie is an amazing trio of concentric hexagons. This art museum was a much welcomed stop after the many miles of walking we had just done. It houses a vast collection of Renaissance art which for me is a bit of an acquired taste and whilst I liked some of it I could not help thinking there was more interesting things to see in Berlin. So with that, we left.

I have uploaded in colour as I think it just sneaked ahead of the equally favoured black and white.

Hope you are having a good week. :-)
