pork cutlet with cabbage and ginger

This meal I prepared specially for my wife because she loves my Japanese cooking.

Today I made for her deep fried shrimps, simmered pumpkin, seaweed salad with shrimps, pork cutlet with cabbage and ginger and her favorite the deep fried tofu with ginger, radish and a bonito flakes topping.
