ANCESTREE HEALING ...Ancientree by tteerriitt 7

Spiritual/physical definition;

Ancientree…

Ancient, elder, primordial; characteristics, style, culture that echoes through time and space to influence, impact present thoughts, actions and creative expression throughout all the worlds of God.

My great great Grandfather, Henry Martin Jarvis was sent out to Fremantle, around 1852/54 with the Royal Engineers as a young sapper to help build the Fremantle Jail and other public buildings in the very new first European settlement of Western Australia

To build all this infrastructure the workers set out and quarried the limestone blocks from the 7 limestone hills in the area and cut down the very large and ancient Jarrah, Sheoak, Tuart and Marri trees growing along the Swan River banks and floated them down stream to the Fremantle area.

These buildings my ancestors played a part in their construction in Fremantle, such as the Asylum and the large Hampton Rd Prison were to eventually house very large populations of the local Indigenous people whose sacred limestone hills had been used to construct these buildings and the 7 Limestone hills were some of their sacred sites and the the trees housed sacred spirits that had grown along side of their families for thousands of years in their very old sacred land.

Now their sacred trees and sacred limestone hills and sacred land was being used by these new fellers to imprison them and their spirits and souls and cut them away completely from all they knew and understood and lived for.

Each time I superimpose images of the native forest remnants of these sacred forest onto these images of the buildings that my ancestors constructed out of all these sacred materials I feel a very old and very painful grief lift and the rush of fresh air and spirit pouring into the vistas that has laid cold and dark for far too long in the center of my heart.

Healing occurs with each image with each uniting of the two worlds separated way back then.

Added to each image in this album are their inspired stories to this emerging family HISHERTREE.

Each image has a word title that would have been spelt in English with "try" at the end like ancestry, carpentry, or infantry. I have added "tree" to replace the "try" and then taken their dictionary meanings that are only ever describing the outside physical world and married some spiritual elements.

For me this is adding the culture of the spirit light back into the English language.

The human beings body lives in the outside world of the physical but their inner self lives in the realm of spirit.
