A wider view

An update, I’m still in a bit of discomfort and not getting about, but things are slowly improving, although a bit too slow for somebody as impatient as me. After 3 weeks with this issues it’s eventually become clear it isn’t sciatica. With that said I have now lost a convenient label for my issue however it’s still feels nerve retailed given the radiating nature of my pain it is more centralised in my hip where the first spasms occurred and where have a deep ache if I walk just a little distance. The most uncomfortable aspect at the moment is the pain and numbness traveling along my sartorius muscle across the front of my thigh into inner thigh and knee area. Those later area’s are more like a burning sensation, the area is so sensitive to touch even my trousers rubbing against my legs hurts. It’s been suggested by a Physio that it’s repetitive strain injury and my muscles are going crazy over compensating. The only thing I was repetitive about is walking and maybe a once a week jog to get the heart beating. Tthis is a lot harder for me to understand than a nipped nerve, but things may become clearer in another 3 weeks. I’m now seeing privately a physio who I’m unsure about and the Chiropractor who I see more as prevention of these things reoccurring once my body heals in it’s own time. Todays photo is from November and my little visit to the Lakes. It’s those two pines again but this time in a classic landscape view. Maybe soon I’ll get out to take so new photographs but to be honest I’m not champing at any bit.
