Volcanic Ticks, Venus

These unusual volcanic craters are known as "ticks." They have a raised rim with fluted or sculpted sides. The interior is a deep depression. The large example is roughly 20 to 27 km across. The rim of a second tick is visible along the edge of the vertical data gap.
