MCS-021A "Aardwolf II" Main Combat System

With the reemergence of the Greco-Roman Federation and the introduction of their standard Hastati VCS, the URE found that their Aardwolf units were now slightly outclassed. In retaliation, they began producing Aardwolf IIs, upgraded units that can easily keep up with the new Hastatis. The Aardwolf II features many improvements over its previous iteration, including the installation of a more energy-efficient reactor, allowing for a jetpack to be attached to the back instead of an energy pack. The jetpack, along with newly added thrusters to the legs, allow the Aardwolf II to function in space (to some extent) with no modifications. An additional advantage of the newer reactor is the ability to power beam weapons, namely the two beam knives it can store under the shield.

Initially this was just meant to be an Aardwolf with fixed proportions (the original was a bit too stocky for my tastes), but I ended up overhauling pretty much everything except for the head.

Changelog:

-Added 1 stud height to legs

-Completely redesigned inner workings of lower legs to allow for thrusters (had to cut out the piston), changed knee armor

-Added ankle armor

-Made thighs 1 plate thinner

-Added back skirt armor

-Changed cockpit hatch slightly so that it sits further back

-Recolored shoulders, removed unnecessary armor

-Changed the armor on underside of arms

-New backpack with movable thrusters

-Lengthened shield, has two beam knives under it

...And I think that's it. If you haven't seen my previous Aardwolf designs, yes, it does it a minifig (quite comfortably, at that!)
