Wacky Inventions: The Hoverboard

 

I remember the day I first saw a hoverboard, November 24, 1989 when I was taken to see Back to the Future Part II on Thanksgiving Day. Since then I've been fascinated with hoverboards. I want one so bad.

 

So for Flickr Group Roulette today which is featuring the group, Wacky Inventions, I am diligently working on the world's first hoverboard...

 

...well, in reality it's all held together with Velcro. But isn't that in itself a wacky invention?
