Front action alley
This is the first Kmart I've been in (within the last decade at least) that had the electronics department located along the front wall. Appliances were oddly located in front of the pharmacy as well!
According to this document, on the Colbert County Alabama assessor's site, this Kmart's "effective year built" is 1975, though it looks like it has a newer-era facade. Perhaps it was updated during a dreaded "Big K" makeover! This store number is 7045, and I did find this post stating that most of the "7xxx"-numbered stores were built in the 70's, but I'm still going to leave a question mark on year-built for the time being...
