Replaced flux capacitor

Day 42 of 365. When I returned to my apartment after work today, I found this Service Request form indicating that the maintenance guy had fixed my air conditioning by replacing the flux capacitor.

 

Interesting, because the flux capacitor exists only in the Back to the Future movies. It makes time travel possible.
