Baby Steps.
This is the first step I've taken into a series I call "45 days of self rediscovery."
Although this is a very basic photo, I did want to showcase my eccentric new Jeffrey Campbell shoes I got for Christmas.
As for my creative aspect on this photo and the shoes themselves: I physically view these shoes as the steps I am taking into adulthood and creating my own life. They will be with me every step of the way as I venture through my endeavors of fulfilling my dreams. They will be with me as I take my first step in Philadelphia (January 11th!) towards acting upon my lifelong dream of becoming a singer. They will be there to take every step I need in becoming what I want to be. Whether it's to voice lessons, to rid myself of the burdens of my past, or to say goodbye to those I must come to closure with. I will take my last steps throughout town and come to peace with every little thing. With each little baby step, I can only move forward, and hopefully they will walk me right out of this town onto bigger things.
