This is Paul the course tutor who along with his day job for the council also teaches this course and some Photoshop ones of an evening, and is also studying for a University qualification of his own.

Must have a lot of patience.

This is quite noisy again, but I liked his expression, even if I'm reading more into it than there actually was :)
