I Think I'm Done With The Internet. (DESCRIPTION)
Seeing as I'm losing 20 subscribers a day on Youtube and get basically no recognition whatsoever on here except for criticism, I think I'm done with the internet. For good this time. Go ahead and call me a whiner/ranter/etc, but I just feel as if I'm not at all appreciated anymore on Youtube, Flickr, or anywhere else. For the Youtube issue, I know I haven't uploaded anything in "forever". I have a very, VERY busy, hectic life that I'm trying to manage right now. Juggling finishing School, a job, and basically rebuilding a 53 year-old truck on my own budget is tough on its own, but when I add trying to entertain an internet audience that simply doesn't care, that's the straw that breaks the camel's back. What's the point in it if all my fans and friends hate everythign I try to do for them? And when other animators/builders/friends quit the scene altogether for no good reason, and I'm the only one left holding the line, that's even worse. So in conclusion to my announcement/rant, I'm going to give my old empire some time before I shut off life support. No account deletion crap, I'll leave my Youtube and flickr up, because I hate it when people leave and take everything with them. Just know that no matter how much anyone doesn't give a rip about me, I still care about my fans and my friends. Rage and complain all you like if this seems stupid to you, I've reached the point in the ol' Internet gig as to where I mostly don't care. I'll still try Turning Point and everything else, but only if people REALLY care. I don't want to waste a lot of effort giving someone something they don't exactly want.
