Markings on the Wall

Psychedelic wallpaper with what looks like a circus-theme still clings to the walls of the second floor of JCPenney. I am assuming this is the childrens department.

 

Unfortunately due to major floor collapse since this visit, this is no longer accessible without a deathwish.
