1963 Ford Falcon Ranchero

Ford's entry into America's compact market was with the Falcon in 1960. Like GM's Corvair, several variants were produced - the Ranchero was originally introduced for 1957 as a full-size car-based pickup, and was downsized to the Falcon line in 1960; only to regain its size beginning in 1968's move to the Fairlane platform. GM responded with Chevy's El Camino in 1959, and it too was bounced from platform to platform throughout production.

This car is part of my uncle's collection up in Stevens Point, WI... a few years ago, "hoard" would've been more appropriate.
