This was the most wonderful and happy Festival! On a perfect Sunday, wind blowing for the kites, clear blue skies, crisp golden sun, and warm weather (I saw one girl in a bikini)... There was children, babies, sweethearts, families, dogs, kites, food, music, and bicycles absolutely everywhere!*
