So turns out I was published this month in "Memphis Magazine".. It's always exciting to see your work circulated ...b-but it.. It was kinda empty for me.
I'm looking at the picture like 'Y'all went with this one...?"
It was my least favorite and the blandest of the offering IMO but I had to remember this is Memphis Magazine not Juxtapoz.
Sleepin' on that 'Fine Art'.
One thing I was and still am happy about is that the work I submitted was true to my style. Yes, I wish they would've chosen more or at least a different one but I'm pretty sure I'd be feeling just as empty to have work published of mine that really isn't true to me.
