Participants from around the globe are encouraged to develop the day's agenda and session topics in a way that encourages co-operation and discussion...A line is put on the floor and participants are asked to move along it dependent on their opinion to an extreme question that has been formulated by small groups working together and is asked to the whole group, one end is agreed while the opposite end is disagree..Held the CICG centre before the Internet Society 20th Anniversary Global INET conference, Geneva, Switzerland.
