Majestic Niagara Falls
This is from my archives that I have captured a while back. Of course this is taken at the American side of Niagara Falls in New York State. It's just amazing how much water keeps on falling and falling and never quits. It's always a pleasure to observe natures amazing forces. Which reminds me that tomorrow is the day when super expensive LHC ( Large Hardon Collider ) will start functioning in attempt to reveal some unknown elements of the so called "Big Bang Theory." It would be interesting to see what they find out. I am amazed by human achievements and technological advancement. I guess it's always fun to mess with the unknown ... lol... I just hope they got everything under control when you mention the speed of light and collision but the good thing it can't be too bad when one mention colliding tiny protons! The numbers look very impressive to me though. It's pretty funny to see the general public been horrified of this experiment. There are folks advertising the end of the world for tomorrow but the actual collision is not going to happen until sometime in October! Ignorance can cause the panic attack for no reason :D You can read a little more about this project here: news.yahoo.com/s/ap/big_bang;_ylt=AtohPVzHbkaOOUwUzRIkXM0...
I didn't like the original colors and feel to this image so I converted this to black and white and tweaked it a little in Lightroom and then touched it up in PS. I wanted to achieve more dramatic mood to this image and to enhance the depth and I think it came out rather cool of course in my opinion. I think I may even turn this into one of my personal wall hangers...
Have a wonderful day everyone!
