Chinese dumplings with dipping sauce made from chili, fermented black beans, soy and rice vinegar. The dumplings came in three different varieties:

Duck meat and water chestnuts.

Minced pork, chinese cabbage, spring onions and ginger.

Shrimp, zucchini and scrambled eggs.
