SWARM motor controller

This is an 80-amp H-bridge based on the OSMC motor controller custom designed for SWARM. Designed for fanless operation; the FET heatsinks are bolted to a copper rod and the whole thing is hermetically sealed in a cast aluminum enclosure. This design has survived desert conditions basically by being overdesigned.
