Boston Library
I went downtown today, taking the B line, then the E. The reason was to see the museum of fine art. I can get in free with my student ID, so I did. The art was impressive, they had an exhibit of photos taken by a women who lived in Idaho taking pictures for a year trying to capture the spirit of the people and place and whatever. The pictures were great, and she took them with a huge format traditional camera, so they must have been at least four or five feet across, exquisitly detailed. There were tons of other peices of art there, and I didn't feel up to seeing them all at once, so I think I'll go back soon.
I walked from the Museum T stop back to Copley square, which took about half an hour. This library was on the way. I didn't go inside, but kept walking because I didn't want to get back to campus too late. I rode the train to Harvard square and walked around a bit, nothing exciting.
Now I'm back in my dorm drinking a cup of jasmin tea getting ready to go to dinner. I had some sushi left over from luch in the fridge that I was going to eat for dinner, but my roomate wants to eat at the dining hall, so I think I'll try to round up some people and do that.
