Tuxedo time
I needed to rent a tuxedo for the BAFTAs. Thankfully there was a shop just around the corner. Unfortunately the nice fellow working that day had no clue how to use the computer system to input my order. I was impressed with the British level of patience. The English fellow waiting to be served after me must have waited a full hour and 15 minutes before I was done. He calmly just thumbed at his phone and passed the time away, never once looking even remotely huffy about the whole thing.
