In the last light of the day, the tail end of a Plymouth-Paddington passes the camera with power car 43161 working hard in what I suppose to the layman would be "push mode".
I thought for many years that the line through the INTERCITY branding on the power car was a scratch on the slide, but in reality it's actually somebody's finger mark along the dust encrusted side.
